so basically i am around 5 foot 5 and 139 pounds and almost 15 years old and i wear a size 7 (canadian size) pants. i'm not supper fat but i'm definitally not happy with the way i look. most of my friends are skinny and complain that they are fat! it's even worse when we go shopping and they want to help me find my pants size i feel so ashamed so i don't tell them becasue they're size 0's and 00's. which leaves me feeling suckish.

so i would like to loose 10 pounds and loose my tummy fat. i have big hips not giant but big compaired to most people i was just wondering how to make em stronger because i know my legs are just fat. so i just want to loose some weight counds someone help me? eating advice exercise advice. anything is welcome
