My goal is to lose 10 lbs by February 6th (my 24th Birthday) and I am going shopping with my sister. I work out hard every day. I eat healthy and drink water all the time. I don't drink pop or even diet pop.

Today I worked out from 8:30 until 10:00.

But I also walk to and from the gym. I don't drive and I know that walking is good for me.
