im on a weight loss plateau and can't get lower. i recently changed my exercise scheduel and am trying to eat 1200-1300 calories instead of 900-1000 which was what i was doing before (yes i know starvation mode) how long do you think it will take for me to start loosing weight again? do you think i'll be able to get past this plateau and loose another pound in a week if i keep this up? should i be doing lifting more weight on the gym machines to help break the plateau?
