Every day for the past two months I do 50 sit ups a day and run for 20 on an eliptical machine ( kinda like a tredmil only more advanced i guess ). I'm not fat at all, I just would like to be firm. Do you think within one more month I'll reach my goal?

I also eat pretty healthy. There are days where i will blow it over and have something pretty fattening, but other than that i would consider myself pretty healthy diet wise.
