    How long should i excerise for????????

    i would like to loose 10kg and i am not sure what time of the day/night to excerise or for how long i should be doing it forany ideas??

    What time of the day/night is completely up to you, and your lifestyle.
    Half an hour of moderate exercise per day is recommended. This could be a brisk walk or a game of tennis. Whatever your fancy.
