ive had two kids. im 5'3 and 120 lbs. Ive been weight training and doing cardio now for about 5 months and I have gone from a size 11 to 7 and have only lost 7 lbs total.

how long for me to lose the next 5 lbs? I go to the gym about 5 times a wk. do 40 min of cardio a day and lift weights 3 to 4 times a wk.

im a vegetarian and i eat about 6 small meals/snacks a day.
