Hey everybody, I'm 6'1 and weight 240 lbs. even though I'm overweight, my limbs aren't flabby; my arms have 17" biceps (circumference), but I have a significant amount of fat around my midsection.
Recently I have started to make sure I eat something small every three hours I'm awake to kick start my metabolism. Also I have taken to doing weighted dumbbell exercises, and some decent cardio every night.
How long do you think it will take for me to lose 20 lbs, not meaning water weight, but noticable loss of fat?
