How long does it take for my arm to heal?

I've removed my cast for almost 3 weeks now and I still feel pain. My arm feels sore in the elbow area. It hurts when I stretch it. Anyone know how long it will heal or any exersizes I can do to make the process faster?

    THANKS ALOT!
Whats the worst that can happen if I continue working out? Cause I am right now intense work out

I had a long cast and my arm was in 1 position for a long time is that maybe a reason?
How do I work on straightening it?

Did you work on straitening it after it got out of the cast. It took me a while to be able to fully extend my arm with out pain... especially when I broke my arm the second and third time. The second time I hurt my elbow and had to have pins... The third time it wasn't actually a brake but all of my tendons were stretched. So, give you're arm time. Also, I wouldn't do intense workout. Your arm will be weak after being in a cast, and an intense workout will make it very sore. Start slow.
