alright, I'm talking about deadlifts here.
I'm 16, weigh around 138 pounds, and deadlift 310 pounds, I want to get that max up to maybe compete.

currently my workout for deadlifts is a 5x5 pyramid that goes like:
5 reps at 225
5 reps at 230
5 reps at 235
5 reps at 240
5 reps at 245


are there any other workouts with deads you can recomend to get my max up?
