i m a guy. I m 5' 8 (171cm) and will be 16 in october. There hasn't been a significant growth yet. What are some determining factors? Should there be a significant growth, it seems my friends all gain height for the past few months? Does sports really push up a few centimetres? I only stay up late in summer, i usually go to bed before eleven. Does diet play a part? I play football (aka soccer) and tennis. Recently, my legs sore and the pain exacerbates whenever i go to bed late. Please help! thank you
