Thread: how to get rid dandruff?

i used so many shampoos. but it is increasing day by day.

can any one help me

You can call your doctors office and see what they recommend.. they also have prescription dandruff stuff you can use.

I had really bad dandruff and tried head and shoulders, selsun blue, Apple Cider Vinegar, etc. Intil I went to my doctor and she recommended T/Gel Therapeutic shampoo. I don't have dandruff anymore so I recommend it.

it works wonders on dandruff, and also on A TON of health conditions. and i mean A LOT.
there are some skeptics, of course. i ask you to please at least read the testimonials and good things about it...for i KNOW the wonderful things it has done for me. i could go on all day. acne, depression, muscle aches, weight loss, infections, poison ivy, dandruff, cold, flu virus, diabetes, EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(no i don't sell the stuff, i just found this website for ya...there are other sites you can get it from too, just make sure it's raw and organic and says "with mother")

drink it daily dilluted with water...it tastes TERRIBLE but totally worth it,

start out with about one teaspoon a day then gradually increase to about 3 tablespoons a day. or use it topically on the things i listed above.

as for dandruff specifically, put it in a squirt water bottle thing and spray it on your scalp 3-4 times a day for 3 or four days and it will completley get rid of it. i promise.
