    how to get rid of calve pains?

    my b-ball team has been working hard and my calves are hurting and track starts tomorrow how can i get over the soreness before tomorrow

    Well sometimes there is no way to if you are going through puberty then it might be growing pains in your calves. But you can try taking aspirin.

    I would suggest massaging the calves and also increasing your potassium by eating more bananas and also drink gator aid which contains electrolytes.
