    How to get into shape/buff in the summer?

    I am a 14 year old.
    156-158 pounds, 5'10".
    I'm am not fat, juss a tad extra flab...a little above average.
    I want to lose a little weight and gain muscle.

    What can I do to this, like an everyday schedule?
    (I have access to a Balley's Gym)

    Talk to the PT there and tell him excactly what you've told us...also run 20-30 minutes tomorrow, increase by 3 minutes everyday to lose the weight
