I am 18 and i have been walking on my toes since i learned how to walk i've tried to kick the habit but at the same i like that i walk on my toes. Since i walk on my toes my hamstring and calf muscles are not stretched out. I ran track for about 12 years of my life and they encouraged me to stay on my toes. No I can't get off of them. When i stand still i'm on my toes, when i walk run jump ANYTHING i'm on my toes. I have a feeling that's not good for my future. I want to be able to touch me toes and throug my legs behind my head like my sister. How long will i have to stretch a day and when will I be able to do that?
