A great way is to add a protein drink to your daily diet.
Don't replace anything with it just use it as an extra.
You can mix protein powder into a drink and make a smoothie or just mix it with milk or you could buy prepaired drinks.
Do some strengthening exercise in oreder to bulid up some muscle which will in turn add weight, but do not over do the exercise obviously as you don't want to lose weight!!
You should be fine with strengthening exercises so long as you are eating plenty of protein.

eat eat eat and eat...try 9000 calories a day, thats what i did and the wight came on prety fast lol xxx
