Okay well say I work out 3-5 times a week for a good two hours doing cardio and weights kinda of balancing it out weights for one hour and cardio for the other hour. I do have great leg muscle no fat on my legs what so ever. I also do have some muscle in my stomach but i also have a some of fat not too much. I also have some muscle in my arms too. I have the bust size of 36DD and i do burn calories some what fast. So with that infomation how long do you think it will take for me to lose 30 pounds? I need to lose about 30 pounds to be in a healthy weight for my hight.
