ok so i am 14, i am around 5'3" and i weigh 140 lbs. i cheer 2 times a week and tumble 3 times a week. i am going on a cruise in december and i really dont want to be embarressed by my extra leg and tummy fat. i try to hit the gym but no one will take me, plus i dont like to go alone. and running is out of the picture. so what is an excersize that will get rid of fat fast!? and a diet that i can do even though i eat lunch from the school caf?
oh yes, i forgot to mention my eating habbits, i eat vegetables daily. i eat alot of junkfood too though. i eat breakfast lunch another lunch wen i get home from school or cheerleader practice, and dinner. i only drink water and sprite. everything else is nasty. hope that can narrow down your answers ,
