Right now my body fat percentage is sitting at around 10.5% and I want to get it to 8%. How is it possible to do this? Right now I eat whatever I want and lift 5 days a week and run 4 miles 4 days a week.

What are some good tips on lowering body fat percentage. Please don't give me any crap about diet. I will refuse to cut down my calorie instake for anyreason because it is not healthy to eat less calories then needed for bodily function.

right now I weigh 150 and am 5'5. My BMI is 25 (considered overweight). My veins are superficial everywhere on my body but my abs where a layer of fat just seems to sit there. (They are visible at times when working out or in certain positions).


Whats the best way to lower body fat percentage while mainting a high calorie diet? (around 3000-4000 a day).
