Hey there i used to weigh 278 pounds and just finally decided enough was enough i decided to diet and start excersizing...For excersize i wrestle every other day in my wrestling class we jog and do other running type activities just to warm up then we continue to wrestle where i sweat alot.

My diet is just cutting out most carbs and practically forgetting about sugar. one of the reasons i started dieting was becouse i was extremly close to becoming diebetic.

so yeah i have been losing weight off my belly,fave shoulders,legs waist, Now i want to get my chest down i am 17 years old and weigh 254 i am 5'8.
