how do you get rid of chin fat?

so...I don't have a double chin or anything... but my chin is a bit to droopy for my taste. I find myself constantly walking with my nose in the air so that I don’t look like I have a double chin, and this makes me look self-centered which is not how I am. Do you know of a fast and easy way to work off my chin/neck fat?

Well, some of us can be in shape and thin and just have a weak chin. It's got more to do with genetics than anything. Yoga has some good postures to firm up the chin area but even I have a weak chin and I'm in good shape, not overweight. It just runs in my family......

It is prolly caused from excess water retention. Drinking more water helps to reduce water retention. Also avoid salt and salty foods. Try to eat a healthier diet of fresh foods and not prepackaged foods that also are loaded with sodium. Also lay off sodas. Last but not least start exercising and sweating which will also rid you of excess water retention.
Other than this it really does have more to do with genetics than anything.
