Thread: How do you gain weight?

I have the fasted metabolism ever, and I really do eat a lot.

But I'm really.../really/ underweight.
I'm tired of people thinking i'm anorexic. =/

And I dont think my parents are willing to pay for supplements either. =/

Anything I can do?

you shouldnt try to gain weight one day u will be older and all that will catch up to u !

erm. NO MATTER WAT U DO. dont purge or binge.
just eat fat foods


like biscuits and fried chicken go straight to your thighs, eat sweets to, but like i said. DONT BINGE, its really unhealthy.... but dont forget to eat healthy foods to, and there are a lot of health drinks out there that help you gain weight, if this doesn't help, ask someone that you knows thats on a wrestling team or something... cuhs they have to gain/lose weight all the time.
