Thread: How do we get a mental health patient back to the uk without any money?

Help I have exhausted all areas my mum and her partner went on holiday to Mexico recently my mums partner as paranoid schizophrenia and whilst out there had a relapse he badly beat my mum and ended up in an hospital we have already raised the money to pay for his immediate care but since he as been moved to a mental hospital 4 hours away from Cancun MY MUM IS HOME NOW. Her partner is under a section 117 which basically means that there is a duty of care to him and he receives free after care which is available once he gets back in the UK this in effect is the problem as we cant get the british embassy to help the foreign office wont help financially the mental health centre wont help. Can anyone help with finding funding to get him back home?
