I am ok at regulating myself at meals. If i put a smaller amount of food on my plate then i will be able to tell myself not to go back for more. My trouble is that I can't stop grazing in between meals. I ussually try and nibble healthy like carrot sticks but i have braces and they are hard to eat and also biscuits are just so much nicer. mum always tells me to make a sandwhich but they don't satisfy me enough.

What can i do to discourage me from nibbling? please help!
