I would like to loose weight. I am plump and have room to loose. I don't want to go on some fad diet. My parents always go grocery shopping without me. So if I ask for something they wont buy it unless everyone will eat it. (me and my little sister are the only ones that eat vegetables). Or they say " it is too expensive" If I tell them that I am going on a diet they watch everything that I eat. If I want 1 cookie they say "I thought you were on a diet"

So how do I get the food that I want to eat healthier?
