Over the last couple of years I've lost quite a bit of weight, I've gone from a sze 14 to a size 8 and am now very happy. I go to the gym twice a week, I have my own cross trainer and do at least an hour and a half on that per week, plus I walk about 30 minutes each morning I'm at work (4 days out of 7). However, now I am completely petrified of putting any weight on, my friends/family tell me if I lose any more they wll start worrying, but I'm not sure how to go on if I'm just going to maintain my weight. I eat kinda healthily most of the time. Should I go to the gym less, or should I carry on as I am?
