i am 12 years old, 120 lbs and i have been trying diets for years. what do you reccomend for me to lose weight
umm exercise, and stay away from all junk foods, just eat healthy.
No junk foods. Diets don't work.
Just get used to eating less at every meal and walk or jog 30 minutes a day or get outside and get exercise- yard work, gardening, wash cars- anything.
