I am 15 and weigh about 139.5 pounds i have a medium to small frame and I have a sort of potbelly but now fully grown...like my body is small and has shape but my stomach...well...isnt. and my butt and thighs iv been running for so im more concerned about my stomach...I'm trying a 1,400 calorie diet but I really wanna be in shape for the summer...most of my problems are with my weight, so if i could just look really good that would rock :].
