    How do i lose fat? Please!?

    I need to learn how to lose my body fat...i do pushups and bicep curls...bicep curls really worked for me i have better biceps however i have a huge belly and i know its impossible to lose spot fat so can anyone help me tell me methods on how to lose fat? thanks

    The key to wait loss is burn more calories than you eat.
    So start by eating healthy. Go out and buy yourself one of those Rachel Ray cookbooks with hundred recipes that are fast but super healthy. And start at the beginning and work your way through the book.
    Eat smaller portions, drop soda completely out of your diet along with any alcohol. Those are empty calories and the devil's fluids. Drink lots of water and if water is boring for you, grab a tea bag. If you are a caffein addict and need the caffein but don't want calories, tea is a good solution.
    Keep on working those pushups and biceps, but also work on abdominals and start working cardio. It's absolutly vital. Go for a walk every single night. Just make it part of your routine to do after dinner.
