I've been wanting to lose fat for over 2 years now, but I've realized I don't know how. I'm in the swim team, but thats not that effective really. I don't know about a diet because I'm still 14 and I don't get to choose what my family eats at dinner. So that basic question is, what are some ways to lose fat on the body? (like overall stomach, thighs, arms, ectect) Thank you!
