I'm 12 years old, 5'2 and weigh 112-115. My BMI is normal but i'm still pretty self concious about my body. I want to lose at least 15 pounds. what can i eat for breakfast lunch and dinner that is easy to prepare, easy to carry and still tastes yummy (: ? Also, what are good, healthy snacks to eat that are easy to prepare, easy to carry and yummy (: ?

What can I do to get my body in-shape ? How much exercise do I need to do per day and how can I do it ? I cant go jogging or walking and I am HORRIBLE at sports (: ! What types of exercise do I need to do that is easy and short if I split the total time into doing them multiple times a day, not all at once for like for an hour ? How do I live a healthy lifestyle ?
