I've been out of shape for the past year and have gained like 10 lbs. A month ago I was watching that movie ''Honey'' with Jessica Alba and all I could think was I want a body like hers.

I've been power walking every morning and today did 7 miles total. I've also been doing Jackie Warner's workout dvd. It's set up into 3 parts (arms, legs, abs) and each is 10 minutes. I've been doing the abs everyday and the arms and legs every other day. The arm workout has you use light weights. I've been doing this a month and have had no results. My clothes are still feeling tight and I've been eating healthy. Can anyone tell me what I can add to my routine so I can get a tight body?
