Thread: how do i get rid of a tanning bed rash!?

i went tanning and ive never had this before and im pretty sure its because i went to often. anyways i have basically a heat rash that is SO itchy its insane! and ive taken benodryl and ive put benodryl cream on it and im icing it and this stuff is helping. if anyone has experience with this how did you get rid of it and how long did it take for it to go away!??

i had one but it wasn't that itchy
it went away within a week
and i asked the tanning bed worker and she said it was just from over tanning
a break would help
