I keep reading articles about how you can get rid of loose skin some say you can some say you cant. I am 21 years old. I am 5'7 and 140 pounds, I am trying to get to 125-130. In early high school I was about 5'4, 190 pounds and developed a severe eating disorder to where I wouldn't eat anymore at all, I would run all the time and take energy pills which got me to about 160. Within the last two years I have got myself to 140 by exercising but i'm not sure how to lose my loose skin thats a little above my belly button or right where my lower stomach pooch used to be. I have noticed that the lower part has shrunk a lot but still looks a little wrinkly. I don't want to resort to plastic surgery, the plastic surgeon that I spoke to said that he wouldn't do a tummy tuck on me until I had children and was done having them. He seems to think its something I can get rid of in the gym but i'm slowly losing hope... any help?
