I'm a teen, have muscular arms and legs, and eat healthy.
I get bloated and have flatulence problems, even though I intake a lot of fibre and drink 2 litres of water per day. I do crunches and various stomach exercises to strengthen my core, but can't seem to get rid of the flab! I have muscles underneath the flab, because I can feel them. During exercises I outrun, and outdo most of my friends (who all have flat stomachs). It's driving me crazy! Please help!
Also, the stomach flab is only the lower stomach area, since I have trim sides and no love handles. Strange isn't it?
