Thread: how do i get rid of acne without medications or a dermotolgist?

okay
i'll admit, i have a huge acne problem
i use neutrogena oil free acne wash
and also the neutrogena moisturizer thing
when i look in the mirror in the morning, i look DISGUSTING
so i wash my face and then i put make up on
i use both foundation and cover up
but still you can see the acne
i've been doing everything i'm supposed to do to make acne stop, but nothing's working for me

my mom refuses to buy products that reduces acne!
can anyone give me good advice of what i should do to make this go away? thank you

oh, and my mom, she's like an asian freak, so she always talks about how the medicine dermotolgists prescribes makes you unhealthy and stuff and that i can get a disease from those medications hahah yeahh, crazy

well i'm pretty sure putting on a lot of make-up will make it worse. So try not to use make-up (especially foundation because it's so oily). & i'm pretty sure drinking lots and lots of water will help clear up your skin. good luck! =)
