well what im trying to say is i want to gain fat then gain muscle by developing that fat but due to my natural high metabolic rate its hard to gain weight i know about protein shakes but what im really asking is what protein shake to use and whether i should gain weight first then after a few 4 or 5 months start training or whether i should train whilst taking protein shakes or whether i should take protein shakes after every time i work out? please answer lol this means a whole whole whole lot to me thank you
