so yesterday and today i ate a little extra, not so much calorie wise but fat wise. i had a small brownie and 4 cookies and some ice cream but thats really all the sweets i had. i feel like it will stay on my stomach though because its the only sweets ive had in a while. i did 50 minutes of exercise today and im planing on doing another 20, so will these sweets stay in my stomach or will i be able to get rid of them by going back to my normal diet tomorrow?
