hey guys i just recovered from the flu.. and during my week of being sick...i lost ten pounds due to lack of appetite and nausea.. i was at 115 and now im down to 105... i tried eating but i just couldn't.. how do i gain back to 110 or 115?
yes very unhealthy... im 5'7... i want to gain my normal weight back... i don't look too good....
