    how do i gain lots of muscle?

    i have been going to the gym for 5 months and i have basicly not gained any muscle (or very little). go go 3 or 4 times a week and i drink a proten shake each day after i work out and its just not working.

    do you lift weights? i started to do it twice a week and i sloely saw some results. just don't overdo it and give your muscles time to grow.
