im 15 and i used to be relaly skinny but i dont really know what happened. i have love handles and a belly but im working out and its getting better but i have barly any time because i go to a really intense school. i was wondering wat foods i should stay away and what meals to skip. my friends say skip dinner, but otehr friends say lunch and others say dinner and my parents say dont skip anything and i really need to get back to the way was so heelp!!!
