    how do i cope up wit my exam stress...i'm stressed by my dreams..?

    hi..i'm a final yr student of mbbs..my exams r on 9 th nov..pls tell me how to tackle stress of exams..

    S T U D Y.

    Get online and find math website and english website.

    Go to Barnes & Nobles store or any book store and
    get a book to help you pass exam and stuff.

    ohh exam stress is one big pain in the ASS! find some relaxation techniques. find things you like to do (sports, music, drawing, writing, talking to people..etc) that can relax you. remember to take breaks while studying. and tell yourself when youre trying to go to sleep that its not like you can do anything that night, push the thoughts out of your mind, and try to get sleep. you need sleep to be less stressed. good luck x
