Last summer I was bikini material, working out/tanning and all. Over the winter I kind of lost it, gaining 3-5 pounds. I'm still slim enough to wear a bikini, but I've noticed that I have some extra fat on top of my ribs under my boobs.. I don't think crunches are doing anything, because now underneath my ribs is all toned, just not that fat layer, what can I do? I'm eating right/exercising, but what exercises are good to get rid of that?
