    How do I control my periods during months that I work out?

    I love to run and lift weights, but the flow and pain is much more intense during months that I work out more than twice a week. Are there diet suggestions or medicinal suggestions that could help me? I'm on the pill, but on a generic version with three active weeks. Are other pills better for this?

    pills are better, and you cant control it
