I have weight issues... I'm only 13 yrs. old but I weigh about 200 lbs. Right now, I'm trying to get a little thinner. I play basketball everyday abut 1-2 hours. I try to limit my rice consumption but, you know, I'm not that disciplined. So, earlier, I just had a big sundae cone.... and a sandwich which is deep fried....

If you know some dietary plans.. please do give me... I'm to cheap to go to a nutritionist.. haha.... honestly.....

My waist-line is 42 with the allowance.... my foot size is 12.... I have a big hand.... I can grasp a basketball that's rolled in the dirt easily!

I also do weights. I have a 6 pound dumbel.... I do it every morning.....

Right now, my arms are swollen because I did weights.....

Can you give me dietary plans that can make me thinner this coming school year? I hope that dietary plan has no expensive things... only the food I have in the house could do.. and also the exercises... please give me some exercises good for developing the biceps.... =)
