I had a crooked back for years now, probably cause I always walked with my head down as a kid and a teenager (I do have to admit that it did have an advantage because throughout those years I found a lot of money on the floor), and now it's just natural for me to walk with a crooked back. My back hurts everytime. Anyone know of any safe exercises that will straighten my back without causing pain (exercises that require bending down or crunches)? Anyone has any links to videos?
