I go on holiday in 7 weeks time and I want to lose about 5lbs. I am about 123lbs or 8.8 stone. I am 15 yrs old and chubby, I really need to tone up for this holiday. I am fairly busy all through the week but I have free time at weekends. I have no access to gym equipment but I have a local pool I can do lanes in and miles of country roads for jogging (which I dislike). I do 2 hrs of sport at school a week, and walking dogs, walking and swimming for about 2 hrs a week. I have access to a wide range of healthy food for lunch and breakfast but I have to eat whatever I get for dinner.

Any suggestions for what I should eat and what exercises?
