I have always had thick legs, thick calves but weak legs for some reason ? Like my calve is all muscle, NOT FAT, but they are weak ! I can't even jump off of something without it hurting my feet ??
Idk...but I get alot of leg cramps as well, like charley horses...the doctor told me to just stretch alot...?
