I'm a vegetarian, and I'm also avoiding processed foods. I partly became a vegetarian in order to lose some weight and become healthy.
But, recently, I started eating too much. Like, it's some sub-conscious "Have to get the nutrients I need" thing. And I'm not sure how to stop it, because I AM gettting everything I need (I make sure of it). But I'm getting irritated now.
At the beginning it wasn't like this. But now it is, and I'm over it. I just want to lose weight and be healthy (and save the animals! ).
Got any tips for me???
