    how can i be more active without anything to do?

    ok, i know i need about 60 minuits of physical activity a day, but how can i do that
    my house is already clean so i cant do that
    itstoo cold to go out and do anything
    and i dont have like a treadmil or anything
    and i dont have a car to go anywhere

    and another question...
    what can i all do in a workout for it too add up to about 20-30 min

    push ups
    chin ups
    lunges
    squats
    1 leg squats
    running on the spot
    jumping jacks
    jump squats
    tabata squats
    while watching tv do planks while the commercials are on and see if you can hold it for the entire commercial set
    shadow boxing
    yoga...or stretchin in general
    cardio kickboxing
