Volleyball season ended last week, and that was basically the only time that I got exercise. I'm a health weight right now, (5'7", 130 lbs.), but I don't want to gain any weight. I usually depend on the daily workouts from volleyball to keep me in shape, but this I'm not playing on the club team I usually play for. How can I maintain my weight until workouts start again next summer?

Also - joining a gym isn't an option. I can't afford it.

Neither is long-distance running. I hurt my knee last season and I won't be able to run long distances for a while.
